I have tried with both DJI Go and Litchi with no results

DJI posted that it's a server error on their end and it should be fixed soon, that was a few days ago..... mine shows N/A for the firmware version in the android 3.1.1 app

So I wonder why some people are seeing the firmware and some are not. Different servers compared to location maybe?
