This a brand new P4 so haven't done anything yet other that connect to remote. Am attempting to update from mobile device (6+) and DJI Go app. It keeps saying "continue downloading" but no download progress past 26%.
You might need to use the DJI Assistant which is different than the DJI Go. Be sure to connect your Phantom via an actual computer that has the DJI assistant on it, and not from your phone or pad. Once you've got it connected, you'll need to reset your Phantom to its original factory state / setting pre-firmware upgrade failure and then try again to upgrade.
Thanks Nightpirate- just succeeded. Did the update 3 times and changed the iPhone cord and it finally took for whatever reason.
