Firmware Update without a Computer?

Is it possible to download and install firmware updates without a computer. Only using an iPad? If so how?

Go to the DJI website and scan the sku code on the download page with your ipad, not only will it download the app but it installs it also,

What about firmware for the Phantom 3 itself? Or are we talking about the same thing?
