Firmware update not going thru.

In DJI assistant 2, with the firmware update process once I have launched the app and signed in, the download reaches the 100% but when it changes to transmission the transmitting stays at 0% we'll beyond the 15 minutes it should take. It does not update firmware. I have the original sd card. In the aircraft, have not updates it.

Ps. I tried DJI assistant 2 with mac laptop and DJI go with iPad Air both did not work.

Are you able to update the firmware from DJI GO like this?
