Firmware Problem when Upgrade

I receive a new Phantom 2 + H3-3D last Friday (10-10-2014) and when I opened and install the H3-3D I connect and try if everything is working fine, but when I connect to my computer and install 2 upgrade I can't fly anymore, the motor doesn't start at all. How can I revert to the original (Factory Setting) setting.
I receive 1 flash green and 3 flash red

I had this 2 days ago when upgrading the latest firmware, found that my RC Transmitter needed calibration. Download the Assistant software, calibrate the Transmitter. Then in the Assitant Software, calibrate the Transmitter again. That solved the problem for me.

Were you using Windows 10 when you performed the upgrade as I have an issue with my Phantom when trying to upgrade using Windows 10
