Well, after several communications with Apple, I finally convinced them that my Ipad mini 2 has a faulty lightning port. I am sending back for repair or exchange. Hopefully this will take care of the situation.

It is not a matter of offense. If you already had a discussion going on for that specific matter, starting a new one with a tittle like Finally, will not attract all the people that where involved in the original thread. You will just loose them. If any exist of course.

Excuse me. I was just trying to help. I see that you are new here. Forums are places where people share a common interest, and when they have problem, they come here to get help. I was just trying to let you know that your thread was going nowhere.
