I shot this over a year ago. It is in a Natural Area Park, so I am not sure if that falls into the National and CA State parks restriction. You could always ask the people at the entrance. When I went I did not ask, but this was before it was a big issues flying in these areas. See the video below of my shoot. It was one of my first videos, so in my eyes it is not very good and I used youtube's stabilizer which makes it worse.
