Longtime lurker, first time poster - wish it was under better circumstances...
I accidentally backed into some trees and the phantom fell about 10 feet to the ground. Damaged gimble/camera but that was about it. No other errors when restarting the phantom after the crash.
Good thing I have DJI care, I sent it in and it was repaired and I just received it back toady. I went to turn it on and I'm getting two ESC errors (1 and 4) never had those before. Power cycled, recharged battery, changed battery, updated firmware (2.x from 1.02 I think - can't remember now) and no change.
I've written back to DJI support referencing the old case number and I'm awaiting a reply. I think its weird that it was tested before being returned to me. Also - it was shipped in the original grey protective case both ways.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Or is this going to be another trip to LA from eastern Canada again :/
Cheers
