ECM Board

My Phantom 4 took a small fall from about 15 foot about a month ago it cracked the shell and I bought it to a repair shop here in Houston. They replaced the shell and said they have everything ready to go but they can't get it to fire up because of an ECM board? Can anybody help me and tell me what that is or what's involved with getting a new one? Or should I just buy a new Phantom 4?

I know you posted this a few months ago and I just bought a P4. How did it go and where did you get it repaired? I live on Lake Livingston and have not had any issues so far. Thx in advance.
