DroneLogbook recording correct flight info problem

I can sync to DJI no problem, I then sync to dronelogbook. Initially (first few seconds) the correct altitudes / distances are shown but then these change to random ones. Anyone else having this issue? Yes I have reported to dronelogbook but no answer as of yet.
