Sort of ironic that a guy from basically a NFZ (i.e. Washington D.C.) goes far out into the country and causes a stamepede and gets a ticket.

Fly 'em while you still got 'em.

While it's not hard to stumble upon wildlife and scare them it looks like this guy flew right to them and likely was too low. I've flown over wildlife and never had them scurry away, but then again I don't fly close or hover near them. Common sense isn't common I guess. But, a lot of these idiots have the 'f'it, I paid for this drone and I'm going to do whatever I want.'
