Downgrade or Reflash Firmware on Craft

I'm trying to downgrade or reflash firmware on the P4 using the DJI Assistant 2 pc or Mac software. It downloads the firmware then fails when applying firmware. Doesn't move off 0% .

Any ideas?

You might have better luck using the GO app. Connect the P4 directly to your tablet and turn both on...wait at the main screen -(before entering camera view)- and hold down the graduation hat symbol (top right) for more than 10 seconds. When you release it, you will get a screen up telling you what firmware is installed, and giving you options.

Yesterday when the DJI Go app complained the firmware was no good to fly, I tried using it to do an upgrade, but it wouldn't do it over the wireless link. I then tried the DJI Assistant software but it was hopeless. It connected to the P4 but always failed on 0%.

Using the iOS app DJI Go 4, I was finally able to upgrade the firmware.
