Does the Firmware have the No fly zones?

Does the FC40 firmware have the no fly list? If so, I think I may hold off on updating it.

I know after the white house incident, the government is pressure DJI to make this type of update. I think they agreed but I don't know if it extended retroactively to their older drones.

I don't like the idea of some bureaucrat telling me where I can't fly my drone.

I asked dji this question before I bought a used FC 40. I live near an ex RAF station in Wiltshire UK which is still in the red zone , dji replied that the older Phantoms that dont require a smart phone to fly them are not effected by no-fly zones. I still would'nt update though just in case !
