DJI Warranty?

There is no paper warranty.....you have to register through the DJI App and must be connected to the aircraft. Without the warranty your only recourse is to return to the authorized dealer or you are out of luck. I do believe this is illegal. if you for some reason decide not to even unbox the plane till after your "dealer" return policy, and you can not register for your warranty because you either can't connect to the craft, get some error 256 message, you have bought an expensive brick......can someone either correct this assessment/

The warranty commences on the original purchase date (as evidenced by invoice).
