This is common in all drones with GPS. When in hover mode the drone is continuously working hard to stay perfectly in place which causes plenty of changes in motor speed. When moving, the opposite is true because the drone is in movement and doesn't have to remain perfectly still (motor change in speed is not as often)This is probably a stupid question, but why is the hover time less than the flight time?
Max Flight Time 16 minutes (no wind at a consistent 12.4 mph (20 kph))
Max Hovering Time 15 minutes (no wind)
