DJI Repair Estimates

Anybody out there use DJI for repair services? I see their repair service part list is very reasonable but labor at $65 an hour could get pricey fast.

I'm curious about repair costs if I ever need them. What was your damage and cost? Please include how many hours of labor were added.

I actually just used their service for the first time. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. I had broken landing gear, malfunctioning gimbal, motor issue, as well as a couple of missing pieces. They only charged me 1 hour of labor! I was really expecting a lot worse.

Same with me, I was shipped a "new" bird along with my original controller. The only issue was that my P3P was a B model and they shipped me an A model. Check the serial # if you fly commercial, new serial numbers might require a new registration.
