DJI Phantom 4 Video Problem

Having a problem with the video when the drone started and ready to fly. The control works fine i can fly, move gimball but video does not connect shows black screen tried with different phones and a tablet. Anyone know what could be the problem. Thank You

Perhaps the cable is defective.

What you firmware update the drone.

Take out the SD card if you have one in it. Leave it out and try it again.

I am having the same problem.The camera is working, all settings are working.
No video feed on remote.Tried to update software says it didnt take 2x... no luck. but also no error messages on remote or drone. Drone looks good, ready to fly. Just no video feed.
