DJI Phantom 4 pro v2.0 crashed with a 90 degree tilt

It has some sense. If aircraft falls on somebody it is better the rotors are not spinning. Of course somebody may think that if they don't stop the craft may re-establish the balance and stop falling down. But it is hardly the case as usually the drone starts falling because of some reason which will not disappear during the fall. This could only happen if something hits the drone (bird?). I saw he video when guys stopped the motors mid-flight and then turned them on again but you need proper altitude for that. And it was the Mavic. I don't believe that the Phantom can do that.
