Hi can any one help and let me know what’s happening to my controller not holding charge or even charging

Not sure on this but I thought blue light had something to do with needing or in between rc update..are you able to conect with app and drone ok,there's 3 black lines top right of screen ,press and hold and it should show what firmware your remote has,,if has latest the remote might need a manual reset,,which phantom is this for ?

Just a guess but suspect the battery is no good. Plug in the charger and turn it on see what the lights look like.

Hi ken it just shows three white lights

This sounds similar to the problem I have just experienced with my Phantom 3 4K controller. Mine showed no lights and didn't respond to the on/off button, but it still connected to the DJI Go app.

I discovered that if I opened the controller and disconnected the battery for a few seconds it resolved itself. Beware though - opening the controller yourself would void the warranty.
