DJI Go keeps asking to update NFZ but doesn't want to

I will give that a try. I've read where others said the picture shown is wrong. Not the micro sub but the full sub on the remote.

HI I just had this with p4, I open app when prompt came up , leave how it is on screen and unplug usb from remote and with OTG adapter put into p4 usb slot and now you hit update,this work for me but using tablet not crystal sky device,hope this method work for you

I have tried so many times to update the NFZ database with no satisfaction. All I do is waste battery time in both P4P and the remote. I've read all posts. Studied the picture provided on the CS monitor but still just sits there doing nothing.

When I struggled it was with an android device, kept getting the prompts, but nothing updated when I connected the adaptor etc, but it updates first time when I used an IOS device.
