DJI Go APP, Inspire 1 Camera shows up, all other " how to connect" instead? Please advise

I have not used my drone in a while however after the hurricane I wanted to talk pictures.

I installed the android software DJI GO app however there is only a " Camera button" under the inspire 1 Raw from the drop down list, all the other drone selections(including the one I have) will only show a " How to connect" button. I actually follow the instructions however I never get the Camera button. Has anyone encountered this problem or knows of a solution?

1) Make sure your USB settings are setup like this:

2) Try connecting your remote controller to your mobile device with a different cable.
