DJI Go 4 app

Hi, I just looked at a youtube video about the go 4 app. In the video there is a setting under image transmission setting where you can choose auto and customize. In my app I can only choose work frequency 2.4 or 5.8. There is no auto setting. Why? Is the go 4 app version in the video an old version?

The Auto/Custom option is for the channel (not the frequency).

But do you have this option? I don't.

Choose custom and that should allow channel selection and transmission quality settings to be selected

I know in the picture it is not connected to the drone but it is still the same if it was.

Lol so I was told today by Dji chat to factory reset my controller. So I came home and did it. Still could not see the auto and custom setting. I then called Dji support and they told me I had the latest version where they no longer have the auto and custom option. So every thing is as it schould be [emoji4]

It depends from you live and where you buy the drone. If you have CE in the tag of the controller you can't chose to set the frequency, if you have FCC you can.
