Hello. I am having some small problems getting the avl58 transmitter and elvid skyvision to properly display video. No matter which channel I swap too , I get lines in the feed or weak short distance. I’ve attached both freq charts below.

Confused on the position of the switches. Do the black squares mean the switch should be opposite of that mark or the switch should equal that mark.
