Discharge GL300C Remote?

I understand that the LiPo IFBs should not be stored in a fully-charged state, but what about the battery in the remote?
Is this battery LiPo as well?
Is it OK to store the remote with a fully charged battery?

I've found nothing in the Users Manual and a search of this topic here gave 0 results.

Any and all advice/recommendations are appreciated! Thanks in advance!
