Disable new decent limitations with newest firmware

I've recently updated the main controller firmware to v3.2. One of the "fixes" is to limit descent speed to 2m/s, which is incredibly slow. As an example, coming down from a few hundred meters up can take several minutes which is a long time and can be frustrating if low on battery.

Does anyone know of a way to disable this setting, other than downgrading the firmware? I wonder if this limitation also applies to manual mode - I'll give this a try tomorrow.

I dont think it can be disabled, not in assistant software anyway. At 400ft desending at 2 m/s thats around 1 minute 30.

FWIW, 2 meters/second = 6.6 feet per second, or 396 feet per minute. Descent from 400 feet agl will take a hair over 1 minute. At the older 3 m/s rate it would take 40 seconds. So about 20 seconds longer. I'm happy to give up that 20 seconds for a lower potential for hitting the ring vortex that causes instability.
