I found a no fly zone yesterday (Vista Field - Kennewick, WA) that was not on DJI's map, but the pilot app kept me from starting the motors. The airport has been closed since Dec. 2013. Difficult to predict where you can fly with this sort of contradiction. Other than that, the P3 is flying great.
Although the second more crowded map shows a lot of the more remote airfeilds it still does not include quite a lot of smaller airports and some major airports including the local RAAF base,not to mention about 10 other local airfeilds and heliports that must be avoided according to CASA regulations.
So these maps are far from comprehensive or accurate.
I'm glad I am not yet forcibly subjected to the no fly zones as I still have P1's but I'm still mindful of where I fly and where airfeilds are and I do my best to avoid them.
