Cracked the glass on my P4P... where do I get a replacement?

I unscrewed the lens on my P4P. I was going to put on a lens filter but then decided to use the stock lens protector. As I was cleaning the glass, I guess I applied too much pressure and the lens cracked.

Do you know where I can get a replacement for the glass or the cover/glass combo? What do you even call this piece/glass?
