coupon discount from DJI

Today October 14 2017 I received an email from DJI advising as a valued client i will receive a 10% discount and this would show as a coupon on my account. As I want to by a new drone I headed to the the DJI site and my account and here is what it said 'Coupon(s) not Available'.
DJI ....did I get some spam email or is it real? I am ready to put my order in if i can get this coupon discount ????? can anyone help?

I've done a quick Google search and there don't seem to be lots of reports of DJI spam.
