Controller Problem Phantom 4 Pro+

Sorry to hear, I lost a P4P+ last year,I was 80 ft. away,90ft. altitude just hovering but my screen just went black and nothing would work as it fell in a farm field.I always check my battery is seated, when it hit the ground the battery was about 2ft. away.
Still don’t know exactly what happened, but a week later State Farm sent my replacement check.Good luck….

I did receive the info. from you on insurance, couldn’t quit figure out how to respond to that message but wanted u to know I appreciated you giving me it to me.

Unfortunately no, that was 5 months ago and after numerous attempts the controller won’t open to even tell me it can’t connect- the commercial still runs.
