Cold weather flying question

Good idea. Flew yesterday at 0C and my fingertips got a little clunky on the sticks.

OMG - Just had an epiphany; "heated sticks"!

Some company is going to grab that idea - better get a patent for it [emoji12]

Lots written about keeping flight batteries warm, but what about the controller battery? Does it need to be kept warm too?

The adhesive kind are great for your feet if having to stand in place in real cold weather for any period of time. I put the big ones on each thigh, lower back and center of my chest, feet and toes, believe me, you will stay warm.

No one can really prove that but i asked some drone technician and they only says.. its better to fly when its 22C at least. but did not said it can die it mid air. By logic.. within one minute after took off. the battery tempreture will rise so high. so,, i dont see the reason why the drone could fall dead after 3 to 5 minutes of flying. I hope someone will explain more.
Thanks for the comment
