I have a chinese gimbal with white vibration dampers. Its still vibrating in videos and i dont know how to fix it. I tried also some other settings on the gimbal but its still vibrating.
Very little to go on from your post. Post a link to a video that shows it vibrating. Also, check your propellers for bent blade, damage or small pieces missing. The whole aircraft could be vibrating if the propellers aren't balanced. Try replacing the propellers just to see if that fixes it. Other than that, I got nothin.
The white balls are crap, go on eBay and order some of the black balls for GoPro, I've had one of those gimbals on my P2V and know from experience, lastly, and this is proven, get some of the laser cut yellow and red ear protectors( the sort you scrunch up and put in your ears) and push them into the black balls, gives extra smooth ridgidity.
Send a pic of the board and I'll give you best PID settings etc

I also have black gimbals but with them its vibrating more.

This is how I did mine with a Rotorpixel gimbal some time ago and no problems with it. That was over two years ago and it still looks the same today.

Love the RPG, I got mine second hand with no thumb screws and I refused to pay the exorbitant shipping costs (50$) that RPG wanted for a 5$ set of screws, in the end I used the black rubbers and ear plugs with 2 loose cable ties for security, the whole thing was smooth as silk, it's a real pity though it suffers from Yaw movement as it's not a 3 axis.
Firstly, you should not tie any cable to the camera. The camera should be free with unrestricted
movement.
Secondly, without power up, the camera should be "balance" i.e. stay relatively horizontal.
Note: shift the camera on the camera base will achieved this.
Fine tuning via the gimbal setting will reduce the vibration after the above 2 steps.
