Charging of the RC

Hello guys (and girls if there are any ),

got new P3S and since I'm taking it straight with me to the Madagascar in few days where the charging will be tough task I wanna ask how long (how many flights) can the battery in RC last? Maybe more importantly, do you think I can charge it from the socket (not from notebook/PC) just like any other Android phone?

Battery life depends on flight duration. The longer the flight, the more juice consumed.
I've always charged my battery from the wall socket. Again length of charge depends on battery level, but I find that within an hour its 100%

The battery should last 10+ flights.

No I meant how long does it take to charge. I just opened it out of the box and it actually turned off. 4:25 minutes to fully charge the RC.
