Channel will not set to (0)

I'm in the assistant software and I just updated my controller. However when i go to calibrate the sticks i get 0 on all but one. It states -40 for channel R. The stick is centered at this -40
Whats the fix to make sure the sticks are centered. I added a screen shot of what im talking about.

Use the RC assistant to calibrate the controller, then go back to the Phantom assistant and use the tools >RC calibration section.
