Has anyone tested the same size and style blades, in plastic versus CF To minimize vibration when filming. If so, which gives steadier results, plastic or CF blades?

It depends more on balance than material, at least with Phantom 8" and 9" props. My cf and plastic props are indistinguishable in flight when properly balanced. The DJI 9" come balanced well enough out of the box where it's hard to recommend going with CF unless you have specific desire to do so.
