P4 Firmware Cellular I pad update djigo app

Having great difficulty in updating my djigo app from my mac cell ipad,tried password that wont work,how can this be.

Are other apps updating from iTunes ok? what iOS version you on, what version of iPad? Password for what?

Another thing to check, that you have set iPad to upgrade using cell (not just wifi) is under settings/iTunes...
