CE - FCC on P4

I checked the specs and looked the range difference
I know there is bunch of thread here but can't find one specific to P4
How to check if mine is CE or FCC? Is there a way to change to FCC if its CE?

Your Phantom will auto set itself to FCC/CE based on its current GPS location. There is no way to manually set that setting.

Btw if is FCC then the distance is up to 5KM?
I noticed when i try to adjust the HD quality in go app, when set to 4Mbps it says up to 3KM
