Cant start new thread in the P4 section

Didnt find a suitable category to start this thread in so i go with the P3 category.
Im trying to start a new thread in the P4 section, but i get an message saying that i dont have right to post in the P4 section.
Im using the Phantompilots iOS app. Im on the latest availible app version.
Havent tried through the website yet, dont have access to a computer right now.

I can start a thread in all other sections, but not the P4.

Somebody got an idea what is causing this and what the fix is?

Okay now it seems to work when I choose "browse" and found the different P4 sub forums and tried starting a thread in those.
Earlier i just hit the three lines in the upper right corner and could only choose between the forums P2V, P2V+, P3, and P4, and when i choose the P4 forum from there i could not start a thread in there, don't know why?

Anyway now it works, thanks.
