I live full-time on Okaloosa Island, and the entire are is in a no fly zone due to Eglin AFB. I live on the 7th floor on the beach (only about 70-80 feet off the ground) and I've had helicopters and other aircraft fly by even lower than my balcony. Seems crazy, yes, but it's the military and they tend to do what they want to do when bikinis are involved. PLEASE be careful if you decide to fly here anyway because you can really hurt people at that altitude and population density.
