Can not connect P4P

This is the third time that I'm unable to connect to the internet. I tried a direct connection and a wifi connection both don't connect. Is there a workaround? This is really frustrating.
OH, both the P4P and the controller are turned on. Nothing!

I have the P4 pro, with the built on monitor. Today I tried to connect again with no luck, but I did get an error message that was very brief. Something about imap error and something else. Flashes quickly.
The internet connection I have is strong, I can get the controller to see and connect to my wifi, but all I get is "no internet connection"
