Can birds hit my drone?

Had I been more proficient I might have tried to get closer and get some video. But, on second thought, I know better than to harass an American eagle.

Good choice to stay away - check out this video when an Eagle decided to grab this guys Phantom - there is another one also on YouTube showing the Eagle taking a Phantom back to its nest. The camera was still recording and shows the Eagle pecking away at it - the guy I read was trying to have a look into the Eagles' nest - duh, one for the Eagle!
