Camera still and video resolution

Flying a P3P. Can the resolution of the camera be adjusted? Say, down from 4K to standard high resolution?
I tried to load a video segment into Sony Movie Maker and it was broken into several small segments that were discontinuous. Figure Sony can't handle 4K.

You can definitely change the setting to capture images at lower resolution

Make sure the camera is in video mode and then click the icon below the red shutter button. Does that give you what you need?

Also, are you aware that the P3 always splits files at ~4GB? Could that be what you are seeing?
