Camera sensor issue

I have problem with video recording. Image have red tone and over exposed areas paints I dark black. If switched to photo mode everything is good. Reset camera settings don't help.

Check white balance setting in camera.

my video has a blue ting to it - actually I can't remember last time I took a still. WB is set in auto. apparently, it could be better. Is there a calibration procedure for WB?

Checking white balance settings, don't help + I has restore settings of camera in app.
I want to draw your attention to photo mode, in which every thing fine.

Is there a way to reset on factory settings?
