Hi guys,
Any tips on calibrating phantom 4 pro plus so it knows where it is and where to return home. we have not set this up yet.

Different opinions on calibration. Do some searching and know what you’re working with to better understand what the results will be. And stay well away from metal at your launch point.

You don't need to calibrate anything. The home point is located using the GPS receiver within the Phantom.

Make sure the home point is set before taking off. You'll see it marked on the map in DJI GO with an "H".

Calibrating does not record the home point or help the drone know its location.
It sounds like it might be a good idea to read the manual.
