Crossed the red and black wires on the gimbal by mistake, completely blew up the aux power leads, they were burnt and shredded and on fire lol. Smoke out of the phantom. Took it apart and resoldered new wires to the board. Didn't have any white silicone gel like was on the old wires to secure and insulate it to the board, so used hot glue hope that's OK.
Everything seems to work fine, but the phantom doesn't want to seem to hover very still, but that could just be because I upgraded to the phantom 2 blades instead of the phantom 1.1.1 blades?
