Black display on my phone

Hi guys, my Phantom 3 Pro problem: on my phone display is black. I got 1.10.90 version, so maybe I should upgrade to 1.11.20 firmware?

See if relinking again will help,you could try select another channel by switching to custom,not to sure with pro cause I not have one,,you could try reinstall the app but that will give you latest version which might make you do firmware which is supposed to be our decision, it's just a prompt at this point or it will say craft locked with solid red lights,I have had it on p4,,,couple ideas there , I still thinking

I’m glad my black screen (P3S) was easier to fix. Had two flight programs running, Litchi and Go. If I put one to sleep, I would get my video back on the other.

It could also be your camera settings. See if your exposure is set for a brighter setting.

Guys, you see white DJI logo in the center, right? Anyway, SOLVED! I’ve just installed new firmware onto aircraft.
