Best Charger Advice?

Phantom and several batteries on order. I foresee a strong need to charge batteries efficiently. What is the best charger for the Phantom battery? Do any allow multiple batteries to be charged concurrently? What about a similar multiple battery charger that could run off auto "cigarette lighter"? I'd welcome any thoughts and advice - thanks!
