best antenna

Hi all. my P4 has the stock Antenna.
Ive not been brave enough to send it on a long distance flight.
would you recommend changing them to an after market ones ?
If so which ones should i go for..

Get comfortable in stock form for starters...stock p3a I'm gone 2.8km all stock and it's scary that far never mind 5km+

Why not see how far it flies before you upgrade the antennas? Perhaps it'll reach the distance you desire as-is now.
