Is there a way to determine how many times a battery has been charged? I'm curious about a used battery I just purchased.

Insert the suspect battery into your Phantom, power it on, and then look in the "Aircraft Battery" section of DJI GO.

There is no documented lifespan. DJI's warranty covers the battery for 300 charges or 6 months, so it should be good for a least 300 charges if you care for it properly.
