I have gone through some logs after I saw this on my most recent flight and this is the first time any errors have showed up.Could this be a warning or just a fluke ?,I don't want to lose or crash my drone.

Those aren't errors -- just alerting you of a deviation that's greater than 0.1 V. I wouldn't worry about it if they are just very small stretches of deviations in a few places.

As msinger says ... ignore ...

Cells react different to loads placed on the pack ... wind gusts, deflections etc. change the power demand from the flight controller even though you may be giving same command ... cells are not identical and one may dip a bit compared to the others ...

What you need to be concerned with is greater dip or more prolonged TIME of dip ... then that starts to indicate a pack that is on its slow road to Cloud 101 !

I went thru some logs and this is the only one that had anything. It looks like it happened as I was taking off at 8.2 ft and lasted til I was up to 9.5 ft.Battery at 100% ,flight lasted 16 min 53.2 sec with 31% battery left.

when one of my batteries went south.........the app let me know with a broken battery warning.

Where I fly when we are at the lake, just past the pier in one of those campers I was hoping to catch one of my friends outside.I keep saying i'm going to take it across the lake for 1 mile then hit RTH but any failure is going to be a disaster.

even a new battery can fail on its first flight. the batt that went bad on me only had 12 charge cycles and one cell had a big deviation, and as mentioned, the app warned me . any failure by pilot or equipment over water is a lost bird,
