My own neglect is likely the cause. 1 out of 3 of my Phantom 4 pro batteries will not charge.
When I pressed the battery power button briefly, all four LEDs blinked very briefly and went out.
While 2 of the batteries charged normally, the other one has not charged at all. All lights are off.
I tried initially charging with the 3 station charger (DJI), and finally with the charger directly connected to the battery.
Left it there for hours. Connected and disconnected several times.
I suspect because I stored it for too long (about 14 months) it self discharged to the point where charge cannot be initiated.
Is there a procedure to bump around this?
Will DJI repair it? (It is out of warranty, obviously).
I'll also be asking a Canadian vendor if they repair these batteries.
Thx.
